Havening Techniques is a revolutionary psychosensory therapy developed by Dr. Ronald Ruden. It combines gentle touch with eye movements and distraction to help individuals overcome trauma, stress, and anxiety. The method is based on the neuroscience of how the brain processes and stores distressing memories and emotions. By applying specific touch patterns to the arms, face, and hands while engaging in simple cognitive tasks, Havening aims to create a delta wave in the brain, similar to that experienced during deep sleep. This process helps to depotentiate traumatic memories, reducing their emotional impact and allowing for rapid healing. Havening Techniques can be applied to a wide range of issues, including PTSD, phobias, chronic pain, and performance anxiety. Its non-invasive nature and potential for quick results have made it an increasingly popular tool among therapists and individuals seeking emotional freedom.
BWRT or BrainWorking Recursive Technique is designed to help individuals address various psychological issues and emotional distress. BWRT is distinguished by its focus on understanding the brain's natural processes in dealing with issues and aims to rewire neural pathways to change responses to difficult situations or traumatic memories. The technique is typically used to treat anxiety, phobias, depression, stress, and other psychological conditions. It works by quickly bringing about changes in the emotional response pattern in the brain, without the client needing to reveal personal details of their experiences.
The Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coaching Foundation is designed to help individuals to tap into their inner resources, reframe limiting beliefs, and develop new, empowering patterns of thinking and behavior. It equips individuals with practical tools to overcome obstacles, enhance communication, and achieve their goals.
Trauma Tapping Technique is a method designed to help individuals cope with trauma quickly and effectively. It combines principles from acupuncture and modern psychology. TTT is easy to learn, self-administered, and non-invasive, making it accessible for various settings. It is often used in humanitarian contexts and post-crisis situations, and it aims to empower individuals in self-care and to build resilience .
Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice of healing, reconciliation, forgiveness and love. Ho’oponopono means “to make it right” ,“to rectify an error”, “to clean”. The practice presents three aspects of the mind: spiritual, mental and physical that has the purpose to rebalance the whole being.
It emphasizes the interconnectedness of all beings and encourages individuals to take responsability of their experiences. It is a simple tool, yet very complex for personal growth, stress reduction, and improving personal and professional relationships.
